Windows 10 support ended on October 14, 2025. A supported Windows 11 installation requires specific processor, security, memory, and storage capabilities. We can evaluate the computer instead of assuming an upgrade will work.

When replacement makes more sense
Some older computers cannot be upgraded economically or reliably. If replacement is the better option, our new-computer setup and data-transfer service can help prepare the new machine for everyday use.
Back up important files first. Tell us before service if the computer contains files that are not backed up or if its storage device has shown signs of failure.
